COMMODITY RESOURCE CORPORATION
The CRC facility is the region's largest dairy feed manufacturing and distribution facility. CRC also includes rail/truck transload and receiving infrastructure. The CRC facility is currently leased and operated by Purina Animal Nutrition.
The CRC site is located in Caledonia, NY which is centrally located in New York's largest and most productive agricultural region. The site contains 40 additional acres of industrial property that is surrounded by several miles of CRC-owned rail infrastructure.
The LMB Development team designed, permitted, financed, and managed the construction of CRC.
